SHIPPING

When will my order ship? 

Orders typically ship 4-5 days after purchase UNLESS it’s a preorder.  Please keep in mind I am only one person so sometimes it may take longer. 

 

What methods do you ship with?

Orders are shipped with First Class Mail. Tracking is included. If you would like to upgrade to a different method, please email me. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship worldwide. All international orders will shipped by USPS First Class. 

 

Can I return or get a refund for my order? 

No, you can not return items or refund an order unless you received the wrong item. Please contact me if you do recieve the wrong item and I will do my best to help. 

 

What if I need to change my address? 

Please let me know as soon as possible! I will not be able to change your address after the pin is shipped so the sooner the better. 

 

Can I combine ship my order?

Yes, you can combine ship. Please leave a note in your order with the order you want to combine with and I will refund you any excess shipping costs. 

 

PREORDERS

What is a preorder?

Preorders are orders made before the item is physically made. 

 

What are the benefits of preorders?

Preordering helps fund the item. All preorders are at a discounted price and come with freebies. 

 

How long do preorders take to be made?

Preorders can be made anywhere between 4-8 weeks. Each item is worked on one by one and then have to be shipped to me. There may be unforeseen delays in the manufacturing process that will delay the process. 

 

What happens if the item isn’t funded in time?

If the item isn’t funded the pin will not be manufactured I will be sending out refunds to all buyers. 

 

What happens if I purchase a preorder item with an instock pin?

If you purchase a preorder item with an instock item, they will be shipped together. If you want the instock item before the preorder pin, please place seperate orders. 

 

GRADING SYSTEM

Standard Grade pins have no major visible flaws.
B-Grade pins will have some sort of small visible flaw but are still wearable.
C-Grade pins will have one or two visible flaws like incorrect enamel color or deep scratches in the enamel.
Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
